Since you are in Pensylvania, my suggestion is for you to listen to the audio “verses of quran
available on ruqyah.net and here is the instruction:
On ruqyah.net
Go to prayer then click the link “verses of quran” to listen
Before you are turning the audio, take wudu, and when you are ready, turn on the audio and put it high volume.
Sit down facing the kiblat (the direction of prayer) and do not do anything else just listen to the audio.
Do not listen to the audio in a moving vehicle or while you are driving
Pay attention to what reaction you may have when you are listening to the audio
Believe in Allah swt that if there is any sickness, black magic, anything bad (evil eye etc) in your body, He will cure you.
There is no power stronger than the power of Allah swt so God Willing (InsyaAllah) by listening to the audio you will feel much better. You can turn on this audio as much or as often as you like. Good luck and keep me posted OK.
Statement below is from a person who contacting me and listen to the audio. Alhamdulillah, many people cured by just listening to the audio “verses of quran” available on ruqyah.net so I hope the same result for you too, InsyaAllah.
“I listened to the verse and did exactly what you said. I had faith in allah (SWT) and today I’m feeling back to normal subhanallah alhamdillah thank you for what you are doing and may Allah ( SWT ) continue to help you help others.”

Do not miss your daily prayer (I know that I think in your condition it would be very difficult to pray but you have to try to force yourself to do it even if you can’t focus) and ask Allah swt to cure you.  Do you have some one who can be with you when you are listening to the audio “verses of quran”?  It is good idea just have some one to be with you.  Try to be strong handling the pain and keep on listening to the audio hoping it does not take too long or many sessions the jinn will leave.  The other alternative is for you to ask the imam at the local mosque if he knows some one who can perform ruqyah on you.  Wassalam

The cure is from Allah swt so it is possible if He is going to cure you.  But based on my experience helping others, there were some of my patience who are very religious, never miss their daily pray and read Qur’an everyday but the jinn (jinns) are already in his/her body so again this is based on my observation and based on my conversation with the jinn (these are from two different patience)
1.  The jinn told me that the jinn got used to it being burnt because my patience always read Qur’an
2.  The jinn left my patience body when my patience read Qur’an and return when she is done reading
I believe, if we read Qur’an regularly and do our daily prayers, even if we have jinn in our body, insyaAllah we will still be strong handling the destruction cause by jinn – the problem is still exist but the way we manage our day to day life is better than the same problem happens to some one who never pray nor read Qur’an.  I do know this very well because the first 31 years of my marriage was under the influence of the jinn but we overcome it and now Alhamdulillah in the past few years my husband and I have been helping so many people and Alhamdulillah Allah swt cured my patience.  Our first home in the U.S. was in Astoria, New York.  I knew there was something in that apartment (the presence of male jinn in that apartment and one time a pillow was moved but neither of us did it, lost job within 3 months after moved in that apartment, couldn’t find job etc.  twenty years later my husband told me that the lady next door told him, when she saw my husband moving in, that everyone who live in that apartment lost their jobs in three months and marriage couple divorced etc. but according to my husband, he ignored it because he did not believe in superstitious).  Many people are still not comfortable talking about evil eye or black magic so I really wanted to educate others about it so I did write my life story “from victim to exorcist” and it is available on amazon.com.  My son Abdullah suggested to document it on line so he created the website for me a few years ago and Alhamdulillah it is very usefull because we helped lots of people.
My advise to you is to continue listening to the audio, do your daily prayer, ask Allah swt to cure you.  InsyaAllah when it is time for you to be cured, Allah swt will guide you to meet a raqi to perform ruqyah on you.  Good luck and please keep me posted OK.  Wassalam

Assalamualaikum RH, just want to share with you about the below statement from some one in Dallas, Texas.  I advised her the same as I did to you to listen to the audio.  Alhamdulillah she feels better now so InsyaAllah you will be cured too, aamiiin.

“Salam I want to say thank you so much may allah (SWT ) bless you and give you jannah I listened to the verse and did exactly what you said. I had faith in allah (SWT) and today I’m feeling back to normal subhanallah alhamdillah thank you for what you are doing and may Allah ( SWT ) continue to help you help others

Alhamdulillah, that’s great at least that is  good sign.  Listen to the audio as much times you have the time until hopefully, InsyaAllah all gone.  It is depends to the severity of the problem so we don’t know how many times you need to listen to it.   You should have no doubt that Allah swt will cure you OK.  Wassalam

Sorry I couldn’t reply sooner I had a very long day at work followed with office dinner meeting. I left home at 6 this morning and got home almost 9 in the evening.  So here is what I thought about your case.  I don’t know how to read or diagnose but based on my experience on helping others, if you don’t feel anything anymore when listening to the audio, most likely the problem is gone.  How many times were you listening to the audio so far?  At the beginning when you were listening, it was extremely hard for you to focus,  your arms start to tense up and shake violently and then your body and your toes start to wiggle, get thoughts in your head all of a sudden was shaking, tension on the muscles was hurting but now you are OK and don’t feel anything when listening so this is MasyaAllah very good.

You can continue listening to the audio and do not miss your daily prayer.  If for some reason you are not able to do the dzuhur prayer, you can make it up by doing it together with the asar prayer (before you start do the niat by saying you will do the combine prayer (jama’) four rakaat dzuhur and four rakaat asar because of Allah)  and you can do the same if you can’t pray magrib on time, you can combine it with isya by doing it four rakaat for isya and three rakaat for magrib.  Just don’t make it as a habit because Allah swt knows otherwise.  If you travelling you can shorten your prayer by combining the dhuzur and asar together and doing it each prayer two rakaat.  For Magrib and isya, you do it three rakaat for magrib and two rakaat for isya (this is only when you are traveling as musafir). It is good also for you to do dzikr as many time as you can each day for instance, when you are driving you can recite over and over Laa Illaha Illallah or subhanallah wa bihamdih or anything other dzikr.  Please feel free to ask me anything about prayer etc insyaAllah I will guide you.  Remember what Islam teaching is way of life and it is become easier once you get the habit about it.  Hope this helps.  Wassalam
