ST, sorry I am not so sure I understand your question. I think you were asking me if performing ruqyah is considered doing a good deed (amal) or just simply solving other people problem. Helping others of any kind as long as not helping to do bad things is good and InsyaAllah if you are doing it solely because of Allah swt, you will be rewarded. Hope this help. Wassalam
