“Mother may be inflicted with magic – Assalamu alaiykum, My name is A and im writing to you on behalf of my mother. We are from Canada. My mother has been sick for many years and we tried a Quran reading but not ruqyah. We saw no changes in her health. She got sick around the year 2000 and slowly got worse. Eventually it led to her being diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. However, i realize now that there may have been an old neighbour of ours, by the name of AM who did magic to her. When my mother became ill i was around 12 years old. I had a vision recently remembering going to that woman AM’s house with my mother in her home.There was coal and smoke. My mom told me to leave as the lady was healing her. My mother is very nice and always listens to others. AM must’ve tricked her into thinking it was something healing. I also recently confimed my suspicions by asking a family friend named Mariam. who lived in that same neighbourhood as AM and I, if she can recall any strange acts. This girl was maybe 7 years old at the time. She remembered going over to AM’s house and AM was with a man. They asked her to look inside a piece of coal and tell them what face appears. They were trying to figure out who stole AM’s sons money. It sounds like they were using magic and an innocent pure child to find the answer. Mariam was only about 7 years old and did what they asked. She thought it was silly but after a few minutes, she saw a face appear. Mariam screamed and ran home. This story was recently told to me. Mariam is now 22years old. There is a HUGE chance this older woman did put a spell onto my mother. Why? I think her husband liked my mother. My mom was a single mom raising 4 kids, pretty woman, young mashalllah. My mom being friends with him must’ve caused her to get jealous and thats why she did it. Thats what i think. I remember her husband knocking on our door a lot. My mom was wrong to even be friendly with a married man but thats not a reason for someone to use magic. She was also friends with AM and her husband had a wandering eye even for very young girls. He used to make me uncomfortable and was only 11-12 yrs old. When my mother became ill, the only neighbor who didn’t come visit her coincidently was AM. She never once came to see how she was doing. I am now much older and somehow put all the pieces together. It was always a suspicion but Mariam helped confirm it. The number #1 sign that i believe is not a coincidence is my mother is controlled by an unseen person named AM. The same name as my old neighbour who possibly did magic. This “AM” my mother speaks to controls her life. My mother usually says ” i cant do this cause of AM” i cant move away cause of AM, “Our lives our this way cause of AM” When we ask who is AM?? She refuses to tell us. Her other symptoms: Crying often and blaming AM Talking to people Having convos with people unseen Weird noises when she sleeps sometimes Easily angered Stubborn Poor eating Believing people broke into the home and stole her items Not bathing, body odor, She doesn’t care about her appearance at all Physically violent towards her family sometimes Refusing to only listen to the unseen people, voices, AM Doesnt care to pray Sometimes plays quran Sometimes turns quran off Depression Mood swings Fear of disobeying “AM” We moved out of that area shortly after my mother got sick and i haven’t seen AM since. They only treatment my mother has had is medication and She saw a psychiatric doctor for a few years. I don’t think its a mental illness. I think possible magic created her to develop a mental illness. Only allah swt knows. Please guide me to an Imam who specializes in this from Canada. An expert who follows the proper Ruqyah.
