Waalaikumussalam M. That is great if you want to learn how to do ruqyah. So far I have been performing ruqyah in the past few years and have been helping many people of different ethnicity (Jewish, Spanish, Romanian, Philippine, Indonesian, and lots of Muslim from Bosnia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Fiji, Indonesia, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Canada, Nigeria and many others) Alhamdulillah which I really syukur (greatful) to Allah swt that other than being physically tired, I am fine. It is some time very tiring (from hours of reciting and or fighting with the patience) because it takes two, three hours each session when dealing with the difficult case. Often time it changed my voice but after two, three days my voice back to normal. Actually I never thought about this until your question because of the joyful feeling each time after seeing my patience cured, MasyaAllah.
M, I do not know how to cure nor diagnose. All I do is reciting verses of Qur’an and the cure is by Allah swt. I do not know how to see jinn either but I do know the presence of the jinn in the patience’s body from violent or non-violent reaction of the patience or when the patience becomes possessed. That is why my husband is always with me to help me restraining the patience when it is necessary so I can proceed with the ruqyah. M, I am sixty-years-old and still working full time as an Operations Manager which require me to spend minimum of fifty hours a week, teaching Qur’an and perform ruqyah on my days off.
There are two guys who are now performing ruqyah, MasyaAllah after they saw me did ruqyah. One of them is a doctor (MD) who found me from the ruqyah.net exactly two years ago, in October 2012, whom at first did not know anything about ruqyah and after witnessing a few patience he became interested so he did lots of research about ruqyah and he found ruqyah by Ben Helima on-line then started helping me and MasyaAllah he is now can do it alone, MasyaAllah. And the other guy is also an educated young guy who works in Silicon Valley who was born in Saudi Arabia and memorize the whole Qur’an who found me from the ruqyah.net too. About a year and half ago he contacted me for his best friend who live in East Coast so his friend came to his house in the Bay Area and I did ruqyah at his house. According to him, he admired me and since that time he has been practicing and MasyaAllah he is now a very good raqi. I have referred a few of my patience to them and MasyaAllah they helped my patience.
How I became a raqi? I have written a book about my autobiography which is available on amazon.com to share with others and to educate others about the existing of influence by jinn and the effect of jinn on us. I was a victim myself on my first thirty-one years of my marriage and Alhamdulillah I have been marriage almost forty years to date.
I hope this answered your question. Good luck OK. Wassalam
