“Assalam alaikum – My sister is 32 years old and for the past 14 years there has been a “presence” near her.  She does not seem to be posessed, but suffers from frequent nightmares, sleep paralysys.  She is not married and wishes to be, she is also struggling in finding a job.  She also says she has become quite an anxious person and it is difficult for her to make decisions.  During this time, she has learned to read the Quran, went for Umra, prays dilligently mashAllah and has recently started wearing the hijab.  We all make dua for.  She isn’t the only one who has noted the presence, and so we don’t think it is “in her head”.   Can you help?  What can she do, so she can be left alone?”  Submitted on Fri, Oct 10, 2014 at 3:44 PM
