Waalaikumussalam MS, we are in the Bay Area (San Francisco) and since you are in Toronto, insyaAllah you can help yourself by following the instruction below. You need to be yakiin (has no doubt that Allah swt will help you). Have some one with you and do not do this in a moving vehicle.
1. Each time when finish completing your daily prayer, make doa’ and ask Allah swt to cure you and to guide you always.
2. When you are ready to listen to the audio, take wudhu (to do the cleansing prior to pray) then sit down facing the kiblat and listen to the audio. Tell the person who is going to be with you to take wudu too. DO NOT listen to the audio in a moving vehicle or when you are driving. Ask some one to be with you to observe you and to help you if you need help.
3. Go to ruqyah.net then go to “prayer” by clicking the prayer title to open the prayer page. There are three links in blue (advice to Djinn, ruqyah to burn Djinn and verses of Qur’an). First click the advice to Djinn and listen to it until finish. Tell the person who is going to be with you to observe you and pay attention to your body and mind. This is the lecture to Djinn which hopefully if the problem you are having is not severe, insyaAllah the Djinn will leave by listening the lecture only. However, if the Djinn is stubborn, you may need to burn them.
4. Not everyone has the same reaction when listening to these audios. Tell the person who is going to be with you to talk to the Djinn as if he/she talks to a person even if he/she does not see or can’t see the Djinn. Tell the Djinn to leave your body and not to return. Both you and the person ask Allah to help you and do not afraid. To burn the Djinn, click the ruqyah to burn Djinn. This is a very big file so it will take a while for the audio to start after clicking the link. It takes approximately two hours to finish.
I know you can do this so don’t have any doubt and believe that Allah swt will cure you. You may need to do the same a few times. InsyaAllah you will be cured. Please let me know what reaction you have and keep me posted OK.
