DO NOT listen to this audio in a moving vehicle or when you drive.  Let me know how you feel or what you notice when listening.  If you feel so sleepy, numbness, something moving up and down in your feet, hands, or breathing rapidly or something else, that might be the indication there is something in you.  Good luck.  Wassalam
