Go to prayer then click the link to listen to verses of qur’an
Put it high volume
Before you start listening, you need to take a wudu (the cleaning/washing before you pray)
Sit down facing the kiblat (direction of the payer)
Do not do anything – just sit down and listen to the audio
Do not listen to the audio in a moving vehicle or while you are driving
Pay attention to your body
Believe in Allah s.w.t. that He will cure you

Did you feel anything when you were listening to the audio? Below is email I just received from a lady who live overseas and she has been listening to the audio in ruqyah.net a few times so she is still not completely cured yet. Alhumdulilah I did it again today and I thought I would keep u updated…
In the beginning my left leg quickly felt pins and needles but then it went away. I had some strange burning feeling on my right arm that would come and go. That after a while went away too. Suddenly my legs especially my left leg felt a lot of pins and needles so much it hurt a lot but when I would put my hand on my leg I couldn’t feel my hand against my leg. During Surat dil I had the same numb feeling on my forehead but it was less than last time and it went away alhumdulilah. The pain in my legs was the maj. Thing but when I finished and stood up it went away and I only had a little bot of pins and needles. It was strange that this time I had a bit of a headache before I started doing it but alhumdulilah during the ruqiyah my headache got much better and is pretty much gone. Does this mean anything? Based on our experience, if the person is possessed, the person will resume concious after we tell the person to wake up.
Based on our experience, the person woke up after the jinn out from his/her body, the person did not remember anything because the person felt like was in a deep sleep.
Just keep on listening because they are all suras from the Al-Qur’an and InsyaAllah you will be cured.

OK, by doing ruqyah on the person, if there is/are jinns in that person, by doing ruqyah on the person, the jinn will get iritated and if the recitation of Qur’an continued to be read, the jinn will leave the body. Every body different some people by doing the ruqyah once the person is cleaned and some time have it done many times but still not cleaned or only some jinn leave and some jinn still in the body… it depends how many jinn in the body and how long the jinn has been in the person’s body. You can read a book title “The Jinn and human sickness” so can learn more about it OK.
